Polycarbonate
POLYCARBONATE is a high-performance plastic that possesses a unique balance of toughness, dimensional stability, optical clarity, high heat resistance and excellent electrical resistance. PC is commonly used to make all sorts of products including bullet-proof glass, riot shields, cellphone exteriors and many other products that require an engineering grade material. We recommend PC for more experienced users that are looking to extend their filament options.
Polycarbonate features:
- Great strength & stiffness
- High optical clarity
- Resistant to high temperatures up to 140˚C
- Low flammability (UL-94 V2)
