FGF Recycled PLA MATT

FGF Recycled PLA MATT is an easy to print variant on the everyday material PLA, with an aesthetical matt effect. Its surface diffuses light to give it a matt look and creates a rough feeling. PLA MATT is slightly abrasive, please consider using a hardened nozzle.

Features

  • Matt effect, low light refraction
  • Easy to print rough surface
  • Reliable bed adhesion
  • Improved printing speed compared to PLA

Additional information

*As PLA materials crystallize, it is advised to either have an agitated dryer, or dry at a lower temperature for a longer period. This avoids that the pellets stick to each other during drying. Please consider the use of a hardened steel nozzle and, if used, a gear pump, when printing with PLA MATT. The matting agent is mildly abrasive and will result in faster wear of brass nozzles

Storage

Cool and dry (15-25˚C) and away from UV light. This enhances the shelf life significantly.
